Great camera effect! Working in digital media, I really want to try that one!!
No real camera effect--just stick it on a tripod, ask the kids to go back and forth a few times, and layer the pictures in Photoshop. The most important thing is the focus. I used a somewhat slow shutter speed to show motion so the focus was fixed on the sidewalk and generally fixed parts of the shot.
